Inspira wins work because the results are real and the reporting is honest. Your job is to get that story in front of the right businesses: qualify the enquiries that come in, open the doors that do not, and carry both through to a signed proposal.
You will work directly with Xavier Cloitre, our Managing Director, with the SEO and web teams behind every pitch. No cold-call boiler room and no fake quotas. A short pipeline, owned properly.

01 Enquiry. Qualify, fast
Website enquiries and referrals land with you first. You separate real fits from bad ones within a day, and every lead gets an answer, even the ones we turn away.
02 Discovery. Understand the business
You run the first meetings, in Thai or English, asking the questions that surface what a client actually needs before anyone starts talking deliverables.
03 Proposal. Build the case
With the SEO and web leads, you shape scope and pricing into a proposal that reads like a plan, not a brochure, then present it and negotiate it.
04 Signed. Hand over clean
You close the agreement, brief the delivery team properly, and stay close through onboarding so month one matches what was sold.

You will need
- Two or more years in B2B sales, account management or agency new business
- Thai national with native Thai and strong professional English
- Comfort explaining digital marketing to non-technical business owners
- Organised pipeline habits: follow-ups happen without reminders
- Based in Bangkok and happy with a hybrid office rhythm
Bonus points
- Experience selling SEO, web or marketing services
- An existing network in Bangkok business circles
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive

Shadow discovery calls, learn the case studies inside out, and get fluent in how our services and pricing actually work.
Run the pipeline
Own inbound end to end. Your first proposals go out with the Managing Director alongside you in the room.

Full ownership from enquiry to signature, with targets agreed together: ambitious, and sane.
