Open role · Internship

Learn the whole craft, on real work, in Bangkok.

Three to six months inside a real agency: SEO, content, ads and web, with a mentor and a capstone. Paid, hybrid, and open to Thai nationals.

Paid internship 3 to 6 months Hybrid, Sukhumvit office Thai nationals

The mission

An internship that is actual work, not coffee runs

You will sit inside real client work from week one: rotating through SEO, content, Google Ads and web, then specialising in the discipline that clicks, and finishing with a capstone project you present to the team.

A dedicated mentor runs a weekly one-to-one with you, and Xavier Cloitre, our Managing Director, reviews your capstone personally. Interns who shine get first look when a full-time seat opens.

Sound like your kind of seat? The application takes one email. First, here is how the program actually runs.

How to apply

The program

Pick your runway: three months or six

Same program, two speeds. Toggle the runway to see how the phases stretch.

Orientation

Weeks 1–2Weeks 1–3

Meet the team, learn the tools and the case studies, and sit in on real client calls from day one.

Rotations

Weeks 3–7Months 1–3

Hands-on stints in SEO, content, Google Ads and web, with real briefs and a reviewer on everything you ship.

Specialise

Weeks 8–11Months 4–5

Double down on the discipline that clicked. You take ownership of real deliverables inside that team.

Capstone

Weeks 12–13Month 6

Ship one project end to end and present it to the team, with the Managing Director in the room.

You choose the runway with us at the offer stage, and both end the same way: a capstone you can point at forever.

What you will do

The week, in six lines

Sit inside real client meetings and calls, taking notes that matter
Do keyword research and draft content briefs, with a reviewer on everything
Assist monthly reporting: pulling data, building charts, sanity-checking numbers
Run small, safe experiments of your own across SEO, content and ads
Shadow each team in rotation, then take real deliverables in your specialism
Own one capstone project end to end and present it to the team

Who you are

Must-haves, and the nice-to-haves

You will need

  • Thai national: a student, recent graduate, or self-taught with proof of curiosity
  • Native Thai with good written and spoken English
  • Genuinely curious about search, content and how businesses grow online
  • Organised and coachable: you take feedback and ship the fix
  • Based in Bangkok and available for 3 to 6 months, hybrid

Bonus points

  • A blog, social account or side project you actually run
  • Any exposure to analytics, Canva, Figma or basic HTML
  • SEO or marketing coursework, formal or self-taught

The payoff

What you leave with

A real portfolio

Shipped client work and a presented capstone, not classroom exercises. Things you can show in your next interview.

A specialisation

You arrive curious about everything and leave with a discipline you can name, and the fundamentals of the other three.

A path to full time

A reference that means something, and first look when a seat opens. Several good hires start exactly here.

What we offer

The practical stuff, sorted

This is a paid internship; the monthly stipend is discussed openly at the offer stage.

Hybrid, Sukhumvit base

A modern office on the 20th floor of The Urban Office, with focus days at home agreed per team.

A real mentor

A weekly one-to-one with a senior teammate whose actual job includes making you better.

Learning budget

An annual budget for courses, tools and conferences, plus protected weekly time to actually use it.

Leave you actually take

Thai public holidays plus paid annual leave, and a culture where using it is normal, not negotiated.

How we hire

Two honest conversations, then an offer

01

Intro call

30 minutes, no trick questions
02

Show us anything

An essay, a project, a channel: whatever proves curiosity
03

Offer

Days, not months. Honest feedback either way

No whiteboard hazing, no six-round marathons, and no unpaid spec work. The full process is explained on the careers page.
